Shipping Policy: Once we have received and verified your payment, orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 2-3 business days Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays.

Successfully placed orders receive an e-mail receipt with your order details. If you do not receive this item, please check your SPAM folder or contact us for confirmation.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification.  At this point, tracking info can be found within your Blush online account. (Please be sure to ship to a secure location as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages).

If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately as we will not be able to make changes to your order after your order has shipped. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.


Return and Exchange Policy:


We have a 15 day return policy.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges post marked more than 15 days after receipt of your product. Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned.  Gift cards are non-returnable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund and 10 business days have passed since you received a refund confirmation email, please contact us at

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
